I think the flood at Waldo might have came up through the turf because Arcadia Creek runs under the stadium and it overflowed, not because of runoff from the hill.

How many full scholarships are available for baseball? Are they divided up if not enough for each team member?

I agree, probably why we need a new regime. And I mean in the Athletic Department. Kathy is rude, doesn't respond to my emails, especially since I wanted to make a donation to the men's basketball program.

I met Kathy in Vegas at the Ice Vegas Invitational and she was nothing but nice. She talked with us, asked what years I attended WMU, she didnt seem rude at all.

Maximum of 11.7 to be divided among maximum 27 team members.

Each player receiving a schollie must get at least 25% of a full one.

So a few get fulls, some get partials, some get nothing.

For example we have over 30 on this year's roster.

Yes, because today's game was rained out. A double header tomorrow.

The doubleheader was CANCELLED!!! Does it bother anyone else that the MAC never seems to make up conference postponement games??? It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult of a thing to do.

Yes! You would think at the D1 level they would make-up games.

I just heard the dumbest stat of all time!!! By the time Western plays their 1st Home Game of the year next week, they will have played their first 31 games on the road (including neutral site games). Obviously, more than any other school in the entire country!!!! This should NEVER happen. It's time we put some money into this Baseball Program!!!

Simply difficult trying to play consistent baseball in March/April anywhere north of the Ohio River. And these past couple springs have seemed extra wet and chilly.

Lost two out of three at Kent State this weekend.

Now 2-5 in MAC (8-20 overall). At Notre Dame Wednesday.

If we can't host baseball games in Kalamazoo, why do we have a baseball program?

Hopefully, this coming weekend with NIU coming to town.

Playing so much on the road is a problem many northern schools face, especially MAC schools.

But yes, baseball is crap as usual.

Current forecast is only precipitation is rain early Sunday so IF Hyames is ready should be able to get games in.

Huskies coming off a home sweep of Ohio U.

Tonight's game (Wed) vs. ND is streaming on ESPN+. Broncos currently up 11-2 in the 4th.

12-2 final.

Notre Dame is either really bad or played-pitched mostly backups.

Nevertheless, any win is a good win, especially in our situation.
