Thanks. So stoked about this win. I honestly thought WKU would win, as its tough to beat a good squad 3x. You guys have so many young players, you'll be tough the next 2 years. Especially if Bassey returns. But Im sure going to enjoy this one. Its been a long time, and Im thrilled for this group of Monarchs.

Hope you're right. It took him all season to have his coming out party during the tourney. We've been waiting and waiting and you knew he had the talent just never seemed to be aggressive or confident about it.

Thanks, and congratulations to the Hilltoppers as well. That is a very good team and it took a very strong effort for our team to pull out the victory. Despite the pre-game trash talking, and the going overboard by some fans of both teams I feel as though we can respect each others programs. I am proud to be conference mates with WKU.

The games vs WKY are passionate and hard fought. There are no shitheads, taunting, etc. both teams played with intensity and class.

Kudos to WKY. Mot a team I felt comfortable playing.

Yes painted blue we go back to the old sun belt days.
Some may not know that 9 of the 14 Cusa members were at
one time in the Sun Belt. ODU and WKU had some awsome womens basketball teams.

Good luck in the ncaa

Thanks. I am 56 and remember those old Sun Belt days as well. It has been great fun over the years, and I look forward to more elation and heartbreak for years to come. After all that’s why we’re all hooked like we are.

Glad to be in the conference with WKU, makes missing VCU easier. You guys have some studs.

I have vivid memories of those days that ODU and WKU were in the Sun Belt Conference together. Both had some very strong teams during those years. In my opinion, some of ODU's strongest teams were Sun Belt Conference teams with Paul Webb as the coach. South Alabama also had some strong seasons during that time in the conference as well.

WKU can always go either way
