I was expecting logan to get in the game in the last minute for defense. Oh well, next year he'll probably be the man at Point Guard.

Yes - I like to call it the "one guy stands and dribbles at the top of the key and everyone stands in place and watches him" offense.

Way too wordy - just call it 'Mick ball'.

X2. Getting stuck in on Defense. Very active in the post on switches and making opposing posts really work for position. Going hard for boards as well.

And that blocked shot he had late today was huge. Great energy. Just wish his shot would have come along too

Yeah, seems like the game is finally starting to slow down for him. He could be a valuable player for us next year.

Except Cumberland is not close to Hardin... Which is no big deal because neither is 99.9% of the NBA let alone NCAA

And I shouldn't pick on players, but Trevor Moore- when he is in the game UC is playing 4 on 5 on offense.

Trevor is the only player who seems to lose confidence when he makes a shot. it's too late now but he needed to shoot the ball more during the season. if he's not going to shoot then you are 100% correct, it is playing 4 v. 5. On the corner three that he declined and passed out, i didn't mind since we need to run clock and shorten the game. But he needs to be ready to shoot when he gets the ball on the perimeter otherwise there is little to no reason to defend him.

Also, why does he slip so much on D? i don't know if i've ever seen some one slip so many times.

He is a Jekyll Hyde. He has had some spectacular makes but also some boneheaded shots too early in the shot clock. Love his energy and enthusiasm.

While admittedly a low bar he has also improved on defense. Similarly Jekyll and Hyde-ish but used to be all Jekyll (or Hyde, whichever one is the bad one).

Loved Fredericks' play on defense late, as well as a little of much needed offense.

Good to see Jennifer have a better second half.

Broome ... sigh. He makes some nice drives, then jacks up early threes and lets guys drive on him for layups. It is an emotional yo-yo watching him play.

Bottom line. Another close win. Final record is going to be SO much better than I thought at the beginning of the season.

Perhaps some situational stuff but he wasn't in there end of game on defense today. Moore was on the floor. That can't bode well for him.

I know fans want to win, but I'm thinking tomorrow is a good game to get the backups some big game experience and the starters some rest. This game won't effect our NCAA tournament seed and our starters are tired. Let the backups play big minutes and bring the starters in if it's still close with 10 minutes left. I doubt it will happen because our players want the tournament championship and to get revenge against Houston, but NCAA tournament wise we are probably playing for nothing tomorrow.

Houston looked bad against Memphis the last 10 minutes or so, but I don't know how much UC has left.

Nice couple of postseason wins against decent teams.

The Cats are playing on vapors. A win tomorrow would be a great reward for a stellar season. Either way we should be pleased. Need to build on this season for next. I expect bigger things in 2020

You do everything you can to win this game and the conference tournament championship. Using our great depth will be helpful in doing that. We will have 4 or 5 days to rest and get ready for a long run in the NCAA tournament. Go
Cats!!!
