Yes, this needs to be fixed, either keep it exclusively on ESPN+ platform, or have some type of TV package coherence.

Mad dawg, Iam in DeKalb and have direct tv sports pack and the direct tv people are saying it’s only a local channel so I can’t watch on 608 in Illinois

Wouldnt doubt it. They had no clue. I better get refund if the rep waa wrong. The Directv logo looks standard def anyway on 608.

I cannot stand DirecTV. When I call them, I get someone in Asia who I don’t understand and they don’t understand me. But the one thing I do understand is when they tell me to smile. Horrible on the part of the Mac. Keep it on ESPN + since we’ve all had to subscribe to that now. I believe it is on the Atlantic version of this channel which makes even less sense for two Midwest schools.

I cannot stand them either, horrid customer service. I tried to go the streaming route on PS Vue, but when Bears played Seattle last season their servers locked up and I just could not take it anymore. Also the lag on streaming where you might get a text about the result before you see it happen was not appealing to me. I came crawling back to directv ugh. The actual product is great, the customer service and cost, OUCH.

I'm sure the buffalo game would've also been on espn 8+ if they weren't nationally ranked and have so much hype around them. Now everyone gets to see them choke on national tv.

Nope. Absolutely ridiculous that the game is not available in Illinois.

I signed up for the free trial of PlayStation vue. They have the channel on there. Plan on cancelling after the game.
