Might be the end to Tommy Lee Lewis’ football career. He had a good run for being an unsigned free agent. Hoping someone picks him up but there’s a lot of players in the league now with his skill set.....

Too bad Tommylee was released. He was fun to watch. And the victim in one of the most controversial non-calls in NFL history.

Congrats to him for doing what he did, I never thought he'd see a NFL game, so small, but so much dang heart.

He needs to play in warmer weather he has hamstring issues. Maybe he will catch on with Miami. He is an FLA guy.

Hope he made wise decision with his money. He also qualifies for NFL pension and medical with 4 years of service.

There is always a Sh!t ton of injuries. He could sign midway through year. Thought he would make a good slot receiver.

Wonder if he would fit in the Bears scheme...

That why the play against the Rams was so important, you don't get chances to go Super Bowl every day. That play cost TLL and the Saints a SB visit. Still disgusted with NFL for that call.

Way less. The nfl pension sucks. He will get lik 30k a year or so. Maybe they get great health insurance. IDK. God knows nfl players need that post career.

30k pension for three years of work is extraordinarily great. Most pensions come in significantly less than that even after a much longer career. Plus that does not include many of the other perks players receive. Salary is just one part of their total compensation.

Sure, and that salary they got also isn't really what they get, not only after taxes, but after paying agents and other admin.
