(leadoff triple by Beaulaurier which might have been misplayed? they took their CF out after the play; IBB to Cruz; LO 4 by Gneiting; Collins 2B scores a run; and Dunlap 1B gives Rice the lead).

More Lamar self-destruction and the Owls take advantage to break it wide open. 12-5 Rice now in the 8th. We pitched Jefferies in the 8th, but probably will go to someone else in the 9th. Lamar has 3 errors (so does Rice) but also 4 WP, 4 HBP and 7 BB allowed.
NM - Jefferies stays in there and gets them 1-2-3 in the 9th
Rice wins 12-5. Blair Lewis with his first Rice victory. Congrats.
