Ours will be build like UCF but won’t look like it if that makes sense last I heard. That may have changed. I’m not in the loop anymore. It may be a combination of partially set in the ground and the rest steel and aluminum. I know Bhate did test borings so they know how deep to go before refusal.

I think a lot of the costs associated with such project is not a concern here. Things like demolition of existing structures and purchasing the land, for example.

That as well. They already have the land. Nothing to demo. Just some earth to move.

Yes some of that is being done as part of the renovation project if I’m not mistaken At least that’s what was supposed to happen when we were going after It.

I can't wait to see the actual drawings. Tired of the same old concept drawings, I want to see the real thing.
