RE: breaking- more indictments- new schools involved
and it gets more weird-
BREAKING / NBC NEWS: Hollywood actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin are two of over 40 people charged in the college exam scheme, according to court documents.

They are charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.

That's right, Aunt Becky from Full House is in this......

And more- might not be basketball at all actually...

Documents say the Loughlin and her husband "agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team -- despite the fact that they did not participate in crew -- thereby facilitating their admission to USC."

Aunt Becky, say it's not so!!!!!

Apparently the schools involved are Stanford, Texas, USC, UCLA, Wake Forest, Georgetown, San Diego and Yale.

FWIW, Lori Laughlin's daughter is a student at USC.

This isn't really sports. It's college admissions.

And in the world of college admissions, this is peanuts compared to the Chinese SAT "prep" centers.

None of this would have happened if she had married John Stamos. Uncle Jesse would have done the right thing. 03-lmfao

But seriously:

The scam makes sense, in a twisted way. There have been stories going around forever about private schools denying admission to certain students but then reversing that decision and offering admission when the athletic department informs the admissions office that the kids are recruited athletes. Maybe it was only a matter of time before someone thought of the idea of fooling the admissions office into believing an applicant was a recruited athlete.

Lori Laughlin's daughter looks just like her mother when she was younger.

Former Yale women's soccer coach allegedly accepted a $400,000 bribe to ensure an applicant would be admitted as a member of the team. That applicant didn't play soccer. Her profile wss altered

Thst same coach allegedly agreed to ensure a second student would be sccepted. For a mere $450,000

That's the bribe for the influencer in the admissions decision. Imagine how much of a bribe they would be willing to offer a member of the committee who actually says yes/no for admission.
