I agree with those who still think we can get a 6, but we pretty much have to get to the finals of the AAC to do so. I also agree with those who don't believe we're a 6. I think we're more of a 8/9, unfortunately. That's just what we have this year.

I love Bracket Matrix, but there's a bit of a lag. Once they update it with today's brackets, you'll see quite a few 8s in there.

Still ranked 24 in the AP poll. Still two wins away from locking down a six seed. The American and UC seem to be getting more national respect. There really isn’t a whole lot of quality resumes this year in the middle seed range.

Huge surprise. And a pleasant one.

I also thought UC would be out after the week they had. I'll take it.

Hopefully they will get some things corrected this week and come back fresh and ready for the AAC tournament.

I think the key word is FRESH. They need some time to rest up, work out some kinks and get ready for the stretch run.

That ECU loss is easily costing UC a seed line, if not 2.
