RE: Grand Rapids Police dash cam video of murderer chase!
I'm from GR, though I haven't lived there even part time since 2008, so I love how he's racing through the NE side, though what he did was horrific.

Couple of thoughts

* Didn't see any pedestrians the entire time.
* Did he roll at the end of the video? He rolled twice previously, surprised the semi truck didn't flip.
* Did he know he was rolling past the GRPD HQ downtown? Probably a bad place to lead police on a chase.
* You have to get off highways and on back roads if you're going to get away from the police. Running on highways doesn't get you anywhere.

I saw pedestrians, but most were likely standing a ways from the street.
He went down a hill at the end, it didn't show if he rolled or not.
When you're in flight mode and you're pumping adrenaline you're probably not thinking too well about the escape route.
I'm amazed he got as far as he did, his tires were coming apart at one time-I think one of the cops shot them with a shotgun. Big chunks of rubber were ripping off.

Did this guy get arrested, or did the cops Dirty Harry him??

Dantzler killed himself after a hostage situation at a home he barged in on after driving off the highway into a neighborhood (not on an exit even)

It was a crazy day, I watched it all unfold live on the news.
