He was referring to BG schedule, we need to win and get help, BG has 2 tough road games left. so yes they could be caught.

I see that now. I was at work and half paying attention.

So it's going to be one of these games again...

Some of these offensive possessions are complete junk. In order for a player to be considered great, he can’t hurt his team time and time again with selfish, rushed, force play.

Could have been a four point game at the half. Amazing to be down only seven.


I’m with you fallsdog, that offensive approach in the first half was, well, offensive.

And once again a team shoots a high % against us.

Duling needs to play more. I realize he fouls too much, but let him foul out then. He makes things happen defensively.

Putting the ball on floor is a no no in the paint. So are off the ball fouls.

Great composure. Perfect timing.

These refs are an absolute joke. Blow a call then compound it by giving our coach a tech for walking away.

This league has an officiating problem.

Kent State has a 3-point shooting problem.

That blown call then BS tech was a huge point in this game. Should've been down 1 and with it turned into down 5. I don't think we ever got back to even after that. It was a really entertaining game when the refs were staying out of the way.

At any rate, we still had our chances and couldn't take advantage. Need to knock down open shots. Heck of a game by Williams. His game is really fun to watch. It's amazing how active and effective he is on offense with how much effort he puts out on defense. He really might be our best player. I really liked the minutes from Duling tonight too. Gotta keep him in the rotation going forward.

Toledo at 10-5 and CMU at 9-6 play tomorrow. If CMU (their at home) wins we become a big time long shot for a 4 seed. Even if Toledo wins we still have to win two and hope CMU gets upset by NIU or WMU. That loss at CMU was a killer.

Meh, CMU can have the four. We would waste them on a neutral floor in the 4-5 game.
