Do any of you really think that Houston has what it takes to win CUSA this year (not smack talking, asking a serious question)? I think it will come down to Memphis or USM this year.

Depending on how good or younguns are this year, I think that ECU could be back competing for the title in a year or two.

Honestly when I look at our schedule, I do not see a C-USA team on it that we cannot beat. Our conference losses last year were to Memphis, TCU, Louisville, and USM, with Memphis being the only REAL blowout loss for us. All three of these teams have holes to fill on defense. So if our defense gets better this year (the preliminary reports I have read say that they are much improved) and our offense improves as well, than yes I can see us winning the conference.
