My floor seat experience.
I bought 2 tickets for the SMU game from a guy from craigslist. I was leery of them being fake, and the day of the game I was worried I would get to the arena and they wouldn't scan. Thankfully, they were legit. It was row one, I took my stepdad as a gift to him/bucket list item for me.

Floorseats also grants you access to the courtside club, which honestly wasn't that impressive. Small room with a full bar, and several kinds of food ( tater tots was one option, which I found funny ) The best parts were shaking hands with Tre Scott and Brooks, I also shook hands with AD Bohn, and Dermarr Johnson. I stood about 5 feet from Jankovich when he was coming out of the tunnel. Dave Lapham was there as well, however I didn't approach him because I wouldn't have had anything cool to say.

All in all, I HIGHLY recommend the experience, I am by no means wealthy, so this was a big expense for me, but I do not regret it. I almost forgot, I threw a ball that went out of bounds to Keith Williams-pass could have been better.

Good report. Curious about what they cost ya if you're OK telling us.

Shoulda asked Lap about the new coaching staff or maybe the draft (time to consider Haskins or Kyler Murray if they are there at 11 as Andy's replacement?)

And tater tots rock!

Thanks for the assessment. I had floor seats for the usf game. Seats are extremely comfortable with cup holders. I was happy they allowed us to bring drinks back to our seats. The club was on the smaller side, however everything is included with price of admission. Premium spirits at the bar, such as Woodford. Loved seeing the action up close. Completely different game from down there. Highly recommended.

I paid 380$ for 2 tickets. The seller went to the NC/Louisville game instead thus the reason for selling. He told me he would give me better deals in the future. And Yes, the bar was pretty nice-my stepdad certainly enjoyed it, I myself don't drink so it was just mt dew for me!

I would check craigslist, he might have some available for the remaining games...

When you consider all that you're getting, that's not that outrageous of a price.

For that type of experience that isn’t as high as I thought they would be. I’ve never had floor seats but anytime I’ve ever sat within 5 rows of a court it is a totally different experience. You see so much more of the game that isn’t seen upper lower deck or just the upper deck in general. May have to treat myself to floor seats soon.

My wife paid a little less than twice that amount for us to see Knicks vs Lakers last season at MSG (15 rows up from behind one of the baskets).

I'd gladly pay $200/piece for that experience at Fifth Third against a half-decent opponent.
