Rockets hold off a 7-18 Ball State team in front of a intimidating crowd of about 300 in Muncie. Whew.

A win is a win but shouldn't be that hard against what is probably the weakest team in the league. Ball State has lost 8 straight including by 40 to Buffalo on Wednesday night and dressed only 8 players. This one doesn't do much to increase my confidence that the rockets will be a factor in the MAC tourney.
