We had this discussion maybe five years ago, and I think it was GSU and Penn State. Not completely sure though. It was a rather intense debate.

NCAA changed a bunch of the rules regarding out of state camps after that.

I know all the Arkansas schools host one together in Little Rock each year...including the two FBS programs. AState used to run that camp, but control was handed off to one of the local D2's a couple years back.

Joint camps are great because it is the kids that win.

Most who show up aren't going to play college ball but some who can play FCS or Division II end up getting noticed. Some who weren't on radar or were just getting a meh reaction based on film can upgrade themselves into FBS prospects.
