Exclamation I hope Brown & Bell go unsigned
Time for the NFL to send a message. These guys don’t wanna play out the contracts they agreed to. 15 mil ain’t enough for Bell this past season. God riddance. They are expendable.

I feel that way much more about Bell than Brown. I wouldn't want Bell on my team if he were the best RB to ever play.

As a Steeler fan, it's come to a head.

All that's left is to blame is Ben and/or Tomlin.

Ben is going to make somebody look like an allstar.

Brown is going to make somebody look like an allstar.

And Bell is going to have a few more cheeseburgers to go.

Maybe Tomlin will go too.

All it will take is for the courts to enforce these contracts and extend them if someone holds out. Or makes them pay back the full amount of contract for breach of contract. There is no penalty for violating contracts in sports.

NFL contracts are BS...

If there was no FRANCHISE tag and contracts were guaranteed I would tend to agree but teams can cut a player whenever they get ready and lock a player up with a FRANCHISE tag why cant a player take a little control over their career.

So you are saying it is OK for the team to void the contract whenever they get ready but the player has to be 100% loyal

WR free agents are pretty scarce right now, so he'll get signed.
