And looking at Penn State moving on from their new OC after only one year might also be a data point measuring RR's impact. Nobody really knows how well this HC or staff will do in advance, but there are signs that we might be positioning to break out. Really hoping for it.

Hope you guys are right. Does anyone have a sense of how good Buffalo will be next season? I know they've had a pretty good team as of late. Im not seeing enough in the tank yet to beat WF or LU on the road, so that may be our only shot at an FBS OOC win. I figure we may have a chance at 2 CUSA wins, though the toughest games (except Marshall) are at home and the ones we should be competitive in are on the road. Im sticking with 3-4 wins, including an FCS win for next season. And man, the 2022 schedule looks super tough, with VT, UVA, ECU and Liberty. If RR can go 2-2 there he may not be here very long. Which is a good problem to have.

I think UB had some problems right after Khalil Mack left for the NFL but quickly picked it back up and have been consistently good over the past few seasons. I think they've turned the corner and expect them to maintain as one of the best in the G5. I like watching their games. Always look talented on the field from my lens and I'd expect them to be stout. Great test for our program and exactly the kind of program we ought to be trying to win against IMO.

+1. If we can ever get respected as a program in the 757 that is really above small time, we can get this thing going and play above all of them in most years.

We need better representation at 247. It is bizarre that they continue to add our transfers immediately, but refuse to add Nixon who signed his LOI and committed back in the summer. I know many don’t care, but details drive me nuts.

Worth keeping an eye on.

That would be great news if he returned. Maybe the addition of D Mack makes us a more attractive destination. Did he leave before or after Rhane arrived? Fingers crossed.

So Kumah is still at ODU now, was planning on entering the draft but hasn't and hasn't entered the portal, as of now at least?

Was told he withdrew from school in the fall. So, I wouldn't hold out too much hope of this happening. But I would welcome it.

If he has any interest in finishing his degree, I would think it makes a lot of sense to return to the school he has credits with. Just a thought.
