Why can I not find Junior year highlights for Matthews?

If the vast majority of high schools across the country don't play this fall, that is going to very adversely effect the caliber of readiness for college ball the next fall. Wonder how coaches work with this?

I question how the NCAA will address the many college seniors that wouldn't have gotten a final year. Accommodating them could lead to an incubator effect for a lot of freshmen around the US, which would likely help them over time. And of course, it couid put additional pressure on the G5 for the additional schollies. A real mess coming if a creative answer doesn't evolve.

Just saw where Deion Sanders' son, a QB, committed to Florida Atlantic.

Yea Prime and Taggart are VERY close. He was very vocal when FSU didn't give him much time in that seat. FAU has a nice class and some transfers as well, including Michael Irving's son coming over from the U of Miami.

1. Coach differs greatly from the previous coach. Totally for going on the road for paydays. Good for the kids experience, exposure, $ for the program, and fan experience of traveling to some of these places.

2. Play Penn State when they give us good enough $.

3. Throttling back recruiting in California. JUCO especially. Too far for recruiting success and success of student athletes moving that far.

4. Focus on HS recruiting. Still recruit JUCO but not as much as BW. JUCO focus will be Kansas, Mississippi, and Georgia.

5. Big focus on VA. Has VA broken into 10 regions with a different coach on each region. Building on great relationships with VA HS programs.

6. Has chatted with Taylor H. Quite a bit. Taylor May join in some sort of “coaching” capacity but would have very limited access to the players due to rules. Coach and Taylor looking to see if that’s the right immediate fit or coaching HS in the area to get more experience with players. Says he believes Taylor’s future is in coaching.

7. Will be no huddles. In 2 or 3 situations they may “congregate” but no huddles.

8. No QB under center. EVER. Likened it to only knowing how to ride your bike in a straight line. You’ve done this for years. Now, in your most important ride (4th and 1), you’re given a unicycle to ride.

9. Believes no Fall Football for HS in VA will benefit ODU. Good relationships, with early offers will result in building loyalty to players who may not get late P5 offers due to less tape.
