Thanks. Obviously others heard the same thing. No mention that Penny did an amazing job landing Harris, Jones and Lomax at the last minute. Just Tubby convinced Tyler to be loyal to Memphis (or something along those lines). Maybe Tubby did that, but that’s not why TH came here. Whatever.

You said they said Tyler was COMMITTED TO TUBBY and he convinced him to honor his commitment. They said nothing of the sort...They said Tubby was RECRUITING Tyler and he told him to go to Memphis even after they fired him.

Two entirely different things...Details matter

Reading comprehension. Please observe the word "like". I never said that the commentators said he committed to Tubby. However, what they said did imply that he was already going to Memphis prior to Penny getting the job. I'm not confident that is the case.

Again you heard what you wanted to hear...

They said he was recruiting him and told him he should stay in Memphis.

Nothing more...Nothing less...If you took that as them saying he was already going to Memphis you added what you wanted to their statement.

I heard what they said and I’m aware of what they omitted, which was that it was an amazing feat to land 2 top players out of the city that play the same position. It’s all good though. They told the story how they wanted to tell it, but somehow they completely left out the main reason Tyler is here.

Do you really believe that? Doesn't have any dog in him. He's had a few good games but he's just way too soft. You can teach skills but it's nearly impossible to teach a soft player to play hard.

Those commenters(I see no reason to keep the extra syllables) ...those dudes were unnecessarily asskissing Dunleavy. Even my kid, who does not watch bb ( shut up I know I failed) welp ...even my kid asked me why the commenter said Dunleavy took one of Penny’s pawns when the score was not reflecting Dunleavy’s Mastery.
