RE: Re-Empowerment of the States Amendment
Gee, where were they when Obama was abusing Executive authority? Not a peep. Karma's a real B, ain't it?

RE: Re-Empowerment of the States Amendment
for me... I agree with one of the posters in the youtube video
Quote:Tenth Ammendment US Constitution; The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This movement is meaningless, the States already have more authority than the Federal government. What the States need to do is flex their muscles against the Federal government and exert their powers of the 10th. This will mean a loss of Federal funding, most likely. Most states are not willing to do that. Instead, each year, the States are bribed into subservice through Federal funds and national programs.

RE: Re-Empowerment of the States Amendment
The biggest mistake our government has ever made is enacting the 17th Amendment.
It would take a repel of the 17th Amendment for the states to regain their power.
