I was never a fan of how Jerry Richardson ran the team including how he handled the firing of Dom Capers, if the new owner is a big enough idiot to sign Kaepernick then I'm never going to support the Panthers.

They won't sign him. It would cost them their entire fanbase.

May cost them a few fans but no where near all of them. Again, doubt it happens.

I dont see us taking on both eric Reid and CK.

That said, hes not an idiot regardless of what he does. Hes a self made billionaire and the richest owner in the NFL.

Panthers can't afford him with their current salary cap figures, so it's a non-issue.

Kap is no Cam Newton... and his magic was gone when Harbough left him. I don't see him being worth it for the Panthers.

Not a real NFL fan so educate me... If a team signs CK now, doesn't that kinda prove that he was good enough to play and was excluded because of his actions? If he's good enough to play now, he certainly good enough to play a few years ago...

Do you really believe his agent who chose CNN of all places to make that statement? Jokes on you, this isn't happening.

I certainly hope it doesn't happen, but Tepper is known to be very left leaning (politically) so it wouldn't really surprise me if he tried to make it work.

That would be a pretty stupid decision on Tepper's part. An Expensive bad QB that just brings negative attention does not help us on the winning side of things.

Pretty sure it doesn't say anywhere in the article that the Panther's owner is actually considering signing Kaepernick.

I think Tepper is like most business owners and donates to both sides to hedge his bets. Looks like he has given personal donations across both aisles as well. I do know he is not a fan of our current POTUS.

Now let's get back to the sports side of this discussion.
