I think we could squeeze in a third court for you guys if you would reconsider the invite?

clt says we will send Karen and the wbb team. Sanchize will be recruiting.

I wish they didn't have two men's games going on at once. Have court A be men's and court B be women's.

As for 2020, a rumor a few months ago was Myrtle Beach. Who knows though.

I know why they schedule it the way they do, but I agree from purely a fan’s perspective that would be better 90% of the time. ((Except when your school is playing on both courts at the same time))

The real reason they do it like this is to avoid inequities in rest/recovery time when (under the old setup) one team would play Thursday morning and have 24+ hours to recover vs another team playing the late game and barely have time to eat, get back to the hotel and get some sleep before early start the next day.

But I think you’d see more fans at the women’s games if they overlapped like you suggested. Still, if they asked me, I’d say to keep it the way it is.

Interested in this as well

I would bet on it staying in Frisco. With the league offices so close, it is probably a massive money saver to hold in in the DFW area.

I know that the city is interested in keeping it in Frisco. The city is looking to add additional sporting events. Gotta keep Toyota Stadium, the Ford Center, and Dr Pepper Ballpark busy.

They have also been able to get local business sponsorship, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

If my team was a serious contender to win the tournament I could care less where it’s at. Count me in.

As soon as the details for the next tournament are released I’ll be making plans to attend. We might have a worthy team in 2020.
