They might have last night. Unless the team is hitting on all eight cylinders and not just threes, I just don’t see us moving beyond Cleveland, except to a possible NIT or some pay and play tournament...
For as much as we talk about our quality 8 man rotation, UB’s bench out scored the Rockets 40-11 ...
Having missed 33% of our free throws and two botched layup attempts,did not help the cause against a VERY GOOD Bulls team. They were just too athletic and too well coached...
But it is what it is, and still a decent effort by UT in a losing cause...
Hopefully, UB will go far in March, if they win the MAC at the Gund in a few weeks...

To be fair 26 of UBs 40 bench points were Nick Perkins, who is basically a starter who comes off the bench and gets starter minutes.

I'm pretty sure he will win 6th man of the year for 3rd time this season ... He plays 30 mins a game.
