Good to be sure. It was obvious it was his ankle during the game but I was hoping something else didn’t happen. I left the game with about two minutes to go and Linder said knee during the broadcast.

Agree, Burden. That should have been a bigger deal. It was their first MAC championship team and their first team in the NCAA tournament.

I also want to add that while I have not been Senderoff's biggest fan, he's grown on me. The turnaround from the first EMU game to the second just might be the biggest turnaround in their history. And with Avery out and Walker scoring well below his average. That is some coaching from Senderoff and the staff.

Yeah I was there and I still missed it. Went to concession stand and by the time I heard what was going on I got there just in time to watch them leave the court. There was no promotion during the game that it was going to happen (either that or a dozed off when they did). I don’t know why they don’t promote these things better. I guess they think we don’t care that much.

I was irked by this too. All the targeted advertising that they do for cheap, maybe mention the 99 reunion.

It felt a little sad when Huffman started motioning to the crowd to get loud and it didn't get very loud. I think it's been a while since he's been back. He may only be our all time leading scorer for another month and he got that weak of a welcome back.

The pregame video tribute to Sendy was pretty cool. It felt a little ironic that Rob Murphy was the other candidate up for the job when we hired Sendy and he was on the other side the game we honor Sendy for becoming our all time wins leader. I'm sure that wasn't planned, it just took time to get videos from all the former players.

Not that it matters but Linder does TV for home games. He and his partner said repeatedly on the TV side it was an ankle with no immediate timetable for return.

I was listening on radio and just assumed it was Linder. Whoever it was he said knee. Glad it isn’t.

During the post-game press conference, Senderoff didn't seem at all concerned. As I mentioned before, he said it's even possible he could be back as soon as the CMU game.
