In a lot of ways, we are playing better now than any other time this year.

I think if we go 5-1 we will be squarely on the bubble. We will be in NIT unless we go 2-4 and lose first round conference tourney. If we go 5-1 and only lose at Cincy we should jump temple in all the rankings and I still think the league gets 4 bids. There is a good chance we could even pass ucf if we go 5-1 and have 2 wins over them.

I hope you are right. I agree that we are playing better, we have improved in increments all year and continue to improve.

Our strength of schedule is really helping us. The 10 losses aren’t that bad considering none of them are considered “bad” losses

No good wins will count against us and a couple of semi bad losses.

If we finish 5-1 we will have probably 7 or 8 top 100 wins

Our worst loss is Charleston and they are still around 113 on a neutral court. We have no bad loss on the resume. Lose at Wichita and it would actually be a worse loss. And they have been playing pretty good. Hard place to play

The only thing keeping the Tigers out of the NCAA tournament this season is lack of desire. The weakest link is Davenport, then the other players who forget they are on a basketball team. I can see some of the members on scholarship who could be unfocused in home games in the conference tournament. This is the kind of problem Penny will not have in the future. Without love for the game scholarships will not come your way. Adios KD enjoy driving the bus (literally).

Davenport has won us games I’m not going to beat him up. He just isn’t built to be an interior player. He is really just a big 2.

I'm not going to point fingers, but I do agree that many of the seniors (not Martin) do not care as much as we would have hoped. There have been games when each of them seemed to have had something else on their minds instead of the games. At Temple, At Tulsa and at USF are prime examples. Its prolly cost us 4 losses.

If we were 19-6 instead of 15-10...

The good news is the AAC tournament. If everyone will buy in to winning that tournament, I think it can be done.

We are a minimum 3 bid conference.

I don't think this is our year for the postseason, but it's not like that's an earth-shattering development nowadays. We'll get back in, some day.

A few weeks ago we were a 6 seed NIT
Earlier this week we were not in the projection.
Will check.
UCF road win would be a good one.
Want NCAA, will take NIT as a road back this season and be happy.
