You and FIU are known as the the 2 soulless commuter schools in this State.
I get a bigger laugh when fans of the University of Crooks and Frauds tries to do the same. News flash! We're preeminent. You are not. We are ranked higher than you in the US News and World Report rankings. Our med school destroys yours. We're dead even on 4 and 6 year graduation rates. And all this while taking in kids who are higher academic risks than UCF does and having two essentially independent campuses in St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Please spare me the BS.
Your university culture is full of corruption and it shows.
You Cow fans try sooooooooooooo hard to make yourselves relevant. It's really very humorous!
But the reality is you will continue to eat our dust!

UCF among the top 40 colleges and universities in number of National Merit Scholars
"What’s most impressive about UCF is how it’s found a way to better serve its growing population of students, without compromising on quality or cost. Our colleges and universities need to be bigger and better. UCF has been a pioneer in showing how that can be done. I hope other colleges and universities will learn from its success.”– Bill Gates
CBS News 60 Minutes broadcast featuring Bill Gates and UCF’s successful efforts to serve low income and first generation college students…
UCF has shown remarkable success in retention and graduation rates among first-generation and low-income students by using software to help identify students at risk of dropping out and then getting counselors involved to help them back on track.
“Low-income students make up about 40 percent of our population,” says UCF's Ehasz in the interview. “First-generation students make up about 25 percent of our population. Over the past seven or eight years as I’ve been tracking, I’ve seen that our retention rates have increased, particularly for the first-generation students, by 10 percentage points – that’s pretty big.”
And that's without mentioning how UCF has DOMINATED USF athletically since we both joined the same conference five years ago.
