But if it was egregious enough to walk across the court, then
1. How the hell did he hear the offensive words in the first place? That joint was loud. And
2. He should have handled it through the refs, who gave him an earful when he returned to the huddle.
If it starts a rivalry, I'm all for it.
I remember Denny Crum saying he'd never come to Mid-South Coliseum again. He hated it there and I loved it.

Did Hurley do his puffed out boo boo lip? That's so cute when he does that.
Nah. He had more of a Cronin angry leprechaun scowl.
He can't do that ! Only Mick can do that !

I am too. Back and forth rivalries with UConn, Wichita, Cincinnati & an improved Houston program beats the heck out of drilling Rice and UTEP by 30.

Yeah, that breaks my heart. Or not, lol.
I do like the Hurley antics, though. Makes it more fun. I just don't care for how we play on the road this season. We would get clocked at UConn.
Regardless of which arena you use.

Definitely...I couldn't take my eyes off of him when UCONN came to UCF...as you never knew what he was going to do/say, etc...
Yup. Its fun. Just as Gregg Marshall getting in a verbal battle with Harold Byrd at the WSU-Memphis game.

Yeah it's too bad. This kind of emotion is just what this conference needs. Can't wait for next year.

Yeah, as somebody else said, we now have two coaches to mess with at FEF. Or three, if you count Rick Barnes.

Rick Barnes is really going to feel the heat the next time he takes a step inside the FEF.

Barnes will never set foot inside FEF again. After the games in Knoxville and Nashville the next couple of years, Ewe Tee will call off the series.

Truth. The Vols will invoke a long time tradition of ducking Memphis in hoops when the Tigers have the stronger program

There is no reason for UT to continue the series that long. The only reason they play here is to recruit the city and, with Penny as coach, they aint recruiting in Memphis.

Honestly, it has less to do with ducking us and more to do with the Memphis recruiting base being closed off with a good memphis program.

Yup. They basically had their own Congress of Vienna about the role of the major powers(Cal, Self, and Barnes) over the dominion over the once great Memphis empire now controlled by their puppet(King Tubby the Sleepy). We overthrew his regime and restored the House of Bartow with our new leader King Penny I.
