I noticed some mistakes for all time wins and all that. They seemed to only cover certain time period.
Santa Clara was in the Big West which makes them FBS, but was labeled as FCS. Same with CSU-L.A.
Santa Clara Big West football FBS
CSU-L.A.Big West football not FCS.
Saint Mary's Cal. played in both levels of FBS and FCS. Went to the Rose Bowl a number of times.
Morris Brown lost accreditation and lost NCAA membership. They only have 50 students.
Wiley College, a former member of SWAC in the early days. They were at the highest level before dropping down.
NYU was considered a major program like Boston College in the old days.
Samuel Huston merged with Tiltson To become Tiltson-Huston. Another former SWAC member.
Barton was like the highest level in the early days, and went down to small college.
Florida Memorial did play some years at the highest level in D1 football in the old days.
Parsons was another one.
Cameron was in the old Oklahoma conference which they were conference mates with Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Tulsa.
Loyola Marymount had football at the highest level.
UC-Santa Barbara was in the Big West with football when they dropped. UC-Riverside who is not listed was also in the Big West when they dropped football.
Western Washington played football before the 1940s.
Chico State played football against Fresno State and them in the old days. This was before the split between small and large universities known as College/Universities.
San Francisco State was also in the same with Chico State.
U. of San Francisco was a major university with football. I posted a news article about their winning season in 1950 with no loses, but they were not selected to a bowl because the team was all black players.
Morris was another school at higher level.
Sonoma State was with Fresno State.
Southwestern TX. was in a power conference with Texas.
Davis & Elkins was in a conference with West Virginia and Marshall before 1940.
Mansfield was there.
Hendrix was with the Arkansas schools before 1940.
Saint Paul's was there as well.
