https://nypost.com/2019/02/07/how-team-t...ices-down/

"...Each year, more than $150 billion in rebates are passed around the drug-pricing system — and patients are entirely in the dark about it. In 2017, there were more than $29 billion in rebates in the Medicare Part D program alone, which pays for medication for elderly Americans.

Under the president’s proposal, kickbacks in Medicare Part D would be eliminated and replaced with direct discounts that are passed on to seniors at the pharmacy counter...."

Why didn't the Democrats ever do that when Obama was in charge? They are all talk and no substance. Remember the lower premiums we were all promised? Keep your health plan promise? Keep your doctor promise? When we all go to read it to see what was in it (Pelosi), it was just a bill of goods, and pack of lies.

The Dems will probably vote against this if it goes to Congress just because they don't want Trump to get anything passed that will help the public and make him look good in the process (see border security for a current example).
