MAC a two bid league?
Per ESPN's Bracketology:
Buffalo a 7 seed; BG a 14 seed. 04-jawdrop

RE: MAC a two bid league?
How about a 3 bid league? Say Toledo finishes with 28 wins. Buffalo 27 wins And BG MAC champs????

That would be nice, but the NCAA would rather have a 9th place team from a so-called "power" league than a stronger team from a smaller conference.

I am of the opinion that no team that finishes in the 2nd half of its conference should receive an NCAA bid. If you finish 8th in the Pig10, you have not had a successful season - didn't accomplish anything - and should stay home. Give that bid to a regular season conference champ who got upset in their league tournament.

All regular season conference champions should receive an automatic bid, along with winners of their tournaments.

We need MORE Daytons, VCU's and George Mason's in the NCAA tournament, not fewer, as the NCAA would like.

Everybody LOVES a Cinderella...except the power conferences.

We will get a bid to the winless conference club.

I love your radical proposal but as you mentioned it won't fly due to TV.

Bulls are already a lock for the tourney, so hopefully they'll get knocked off in the MAC tourney and two teams will get in.

Not a lock if they don't start winning on the road.
