I'm going to wake up Sunday morning with a smile on my face. I will say a few quiet prayers to the Mr. Peanut portrait on the wall and make the sign of the rhombus on my way out the door. It will be a wonderful day, for the nightmare will be over.

I'm totally expecting a loss and preparing for it. Stats and odds be damned.

If ODU can't win tonight they will never win. This is their big chance. Hopefully, for Jeff Jones sake he doesn't blow it. A lot of pressure riding on ODU being in first place and all.

It most certainly is the best chance since we have been in the conference together.
We lost our coach. Our roster was devastated. We lost everyone from our highly rated recruiting class. We had 4 player transfer out and 3 graduate. We regularly play walkons this year.

We have been the better team every other year we have played.

I'm not sure I agree that you've been the better team in every previous match. I might look into it but likely won't have time. The easiest way to find out if if we were ever favored in previous matches or not

Our first year in CUSA was JJ first year and rebounding from 5-25, they beat us twice and probably were better. The following year they beat us during the regular season in Murfreesboro and in the tourney as like an 8 or 9 seed and likely killed our chance of an at large as we were picked in the last four out and went on to the NIT semis. We had no business losing to MT that year. The following year was when they beat us in the Championship game with the last second tip. Tough to say who was better, they had the better season record but we were inconsistent because if Trey Freeman wasn't on then we were ice cold but if he was we could beat anyone in the conference. The last few years it's tough to say they weren't the better team.

Kind of anticlimactic finally beating Empty Sue. A win’s a win though. Back home for Charlotte next week. Kudos to the horses for a good game.

Congrats ODU. You guys finally did it. You guys have a good looking team and I was actually surprised we kept as close as we did. If we dont make a run in the tournament and win it I hope you guys represent us in the NCAA tournament. I think you guys can win a game.
