No JD, it means that actions have consequences. Even the simplest thing will have a consequence and this is not a minor issue. That assaulter needs to learn a lesson, you know like the one you didn't learn when you welched a bet.

Actions have consequences. If they get a criminal record, people will start thinking twice. This isn't some lifetime criminal doing this. Its a too typical Democrat.
