Watching this unfold, and depending on who is PWO and blueshirts, Im wondering if the staff is saving 2 to 4 scholarships for late signees and pending transfers.

They will not be able to talk about blue shirts/gray shirts from this year's class tonight, correct? We just need to wait and see who shows up on the official roster eventually?

Head coach Bill Clark and UAB lured a pair of reigning Backs of the Year into the fold, getting St. Luke's Jermaine Brown to agree to a blue-shirt and Cottage Hill's Samario "Flip" Rudolph to accepted a preferred walk-on. Brown was the 2A Back of the Year in 2017 and the 1A Back of the Year last fall. Rudolph was the 2A Back of the Year in 2018.
