Hoping JJ says something about it in the post game

just said it's an ankle sprain. not too bad. he'll get his treatment but wont be forced in until he's ready

Good cuz he was limping pretty badly on the sideline after the game.

Yes. An ankle sprain but not too bad. Hopefully he won't miss any games. JJ said we don't have the luxury to wait.

Yes, he said it wasn’t a really bad sprain. Said it was not nearly as bad as what he had in the fall. Said he couldn’t have him out for a month but they would do the right thing and make sure he was ready.

Interesting. I don’t remember it exactly like that. I heard Jones say Zip has a sprained ankle and he will need to find a way to play through the pain because we don’t have a month for him to recover like last time.

Hope he’s as good as new by Thursday, we are starting to look like a banged up bunch, guys hobbling all over the joint.

Sorry Mac but the playing through the pain comment was on X's toe injury. He said Kalu's ankle sprain was not bad and he will not be forced into action.

The whole team is banged up, no wonder I can’t get it straight!

Add Kithcart to that list. He had to come out of the game for short spells twice last night.

I know Shaq Robinson sprained his ankle last game, but started last night with no signs of a limp? With Zip getting injured why wasn't Shaq in the game to spell Dickens? If we can't use him in games like last night, we can't use him!

Speaking of injuries, Has anyone got an update on Godwin? I know they said he would probably be out for the season, but it didn't sound definite. Is there a possibility he could make it back for the conference tournament?

Not a real update, but he walks without crutches but he still has a very obvious gimp. It doesn't look good

He's in a wa;lking boot. If he;s still in a boot, I don't see how he can get ready by next month.
