That teen also needs to learn not to be a smart alec and smirking at an elder like he did. A lot of people still thinksthat kid was still in the wrong for that smirking face look.

You just can't make this stuff up. You realize that "The Party" in Orwell's 1984 are the bad guys, right?

They are so blinded by their hatred, they cannot see they have become what they have always feared

What is the appropriate facial expression when someone decides to get up in your grill and beat a drum? What expression should be used when that person is shown to be liar and pot stirrer?
If a lot of people still think that kid was in the wrong it only goes to show that those people have decided not watch the entire video and feel deprived of what at first glance looked like a wonderful gotcha moment on kid wearing a MAGA hat. They are also too ignorant to realize how hypocritical they look when tossing vile insults and threats against a kid for doing what they perceive as a hateful act.

You're an idiot if you think that. Facial expressions are not a valid reason for someone getting up in someones face. They are also not a valid justification in court for a case to be thrown out. Stop taking those drugs.

Particularly a nervous smile. Using words like smirk is a way media manipulates weak minded liberals.

Exactly. Kid looked more scared to me than anything else. Like what’s this crazy m’effer gonna do next?

That said, we do know the keen legal minds of some around here...

The only punk(s) in that video was the Indian for walking up to a 16-17 year old and beat a damn drum in his face for minutes. And the group of black thugs. Then lying about the whole thing.

If I was that boys father and walked upon that I would have beat the shiit out of the Indian if he didnt move when I asked him once.

The remark about a judge might throw it out over a smirk is to stupid to even try to respond to it other than to say...stupid

Aw c'mon W, you don't think David really believes this do you. If he does that just says a lot about his intelligence or lack of it. That kid was not smirking I see the face of a kid that's asking himself, "what do I do next?" He was the VICTIM! in all this.
