It always confuses me that an offense this deliberate is this poor at passing and finding the open player. That's 3-4 times in the last few possessions that we've had somebody wide open and nobody saw them.

Also our offense right now is basically hoping one slip or back cut is uncovered. Then it's just panic.

We're legitimately going to lose this game if we continue to play this way. Our offense is typically hard on the eyes, but it's been worse today. We don't look prepared for how aggressive they are on defense.

Also, and it'll never happen, but Mulkey should shoot the ball every time she touches it in the game today. ODU's strategy for her is to have one of their bigs literally put a body on her immediately when she gets control. If she just chose to shoot, it would be a foul every time (aka the James Harden move).

Not with these refs. They've already called one charge on her while she was posting up, and in turn it's ok to hack her as she's catching a pass.

Now we're just missing good looks. Horrible performance.

Perfect storm in this one. Not making shots, missing FTs, not rebounding, bad games by Ogwumike/Iademarco/Mulkey.
