My question is why? What grounds does the judge have for denying the defendant his first amendment rights? And we know the MSM will continue to report a slanted view. And the odds are the prosecution will quietly continue to leak. Who tipped CNN? Obviously the prosecution did. And now the judge wants to silence any contra effort by the defendant?
