Smart Wall... Dumb Idea
Quote:Jim Clyburn wants to call his border security plan a wall, even though it’s really not. Clyburn, the third-ranking House Democrat, is proposing what he calls a “smart wall,” a border security strategy that uses technology, not concrete. The South Carolina congressman explained his “wall” would involve drones, scanners, and sensors “to create a technological barrier too high to climb over, too wide to go around, and too deep to burrow under.”

This is a DUMB IDEA, WHY? This will not stop anyone from entering the US ILLEGALLY, IT only aids with apprehending illegals once they have entered the country. We know once border agents apprehend an illegal they have their right to their day in court, SO agents will catch more, take more to holding areas to get a court date, then release them into the US for a future court date they'll never show up for. Basically its sort of like giving illegals free UBER service to a processing station where they will eventually be allowed to stay in the US indefinitely. So, Smart wall DUMB IDEA.
