...in the 115th Congress. Both Republicans and Democrats suck.

I'm more concerned about where the money is going and reducing the rate of growth in spending. Inflation alone means every future budget bill will be larger than the last, but they don't have to try and get new record spending annually either.

There won't be any spending decreases until "entitlement" programs are dealt with.

Until some plan is put in place to control that spending, deficits and debt will continue to rise, no matter who is in office.
