Utsa is a good team

UTSA will need to prove just how good they are to hold on to a top 4 seed. They still have to play one of the more difficult schedules vs teams in the top half of the conference....3 out of 4 on the road. This week will tell us just how good they are

We had a fairly light conference start and a tough finish. And we have not proven we can win on the road. 2 home and 4 road games left. And yeah, WKU, Marshall, LaTech and USM on the road. I can see 0 and 4 there easier than 2 and 2.

Really curious to see how we play this week.

Side note, my parents moved to Bowling Green this past year. Father has enjoyed the WKU games he's been able to get to. He'll be at the game Thursday, but not sure if he'll sport any UTSA gear

Looks like tough games for Western, Marshall, FIU and ODU too!

That's correct but playing at home should be easier than 3/4 or 2/3 on the road. But its still not that big of a advance...Western is just to up and down. But if every team plays their best basketball game....

I like Western's chances. Not for a second do I think Western is going to play up to their ability for a whole game. Right now I would love to see 35 minutes

Only if your coach is a fat turd that doesn't know what to do when the other team is playing good and you have a good lead which starts to slip away. Unfortunately for us we have a mediocre monkey by the name Jeff Jones and it didn't help our players thought they are going home with 3 minutes left in the game and credit is due for UTSA they played like they never gave up.

You just had to open that wound again didn't you?

Hey at least our conference got a ton of air time.

Saturday will decide our season IMO. UTEP is our easiest cusa game by far, and coming off a brutal schedule and road trip, it is still going to be somewhat rough. But UTSA game is huge. Marshall has a lighter schedule to finish with, but not by much.
