Pep band song
Anyone know the song title/artist of the song the marching and pep bands play where they have a breakdown where the band sings? They say something like "hey ay YOU heard you got something to say....something to say. Hey ay ay ay hey YOU....something to say something to say"

Just curious. I hear lots of bands do it, but have no idea what they are actually saying.

The song is Neck. LSU fans have their own lyrical version of it that is definitely NSFW.

Nice. I knew trombone would have the lyrics!

While on the topic of songs at games....there is a newer rap/whatever song that the DJ plays most games and when it comes on the students really seem to like it and start dancing. It was played during a timeout tonight at UTEP on espn+ when they were cutting to people dancing in the crowd....cant describe the song really other than really low voice monotone that follows the bass line of the song....anyone know that one as well?

For the curious.

A couple of other NSFW student section songs Alabamas and West Viriginias.

The fan participation in those songs is crazy but LSU wont let the band play Neck and Alabama stopped playing dixieland delight for several years.

I find this song irritating and overplayed but anything that gives the student section a reason to stand and get loud is okay in my book 04-cheers
