Tamell Pearson today thanking me for my Blazer Booster contribution. I thought that was a really nice touch. I didn't have a chance to take the call live, so I don't know if it was actually him plugged into an autodialer or if it was a prerecorded message (more likely), but I still thought it was a nice thing for the athletic department to do.

i believe it was real. and it is a nice touch. i got a similar call from a young lady (can't recall the name) that i also didnt answer. but in the past i have answered and spoken to the student athlete that was calling

Got the call today and I answered. And actual person is on the call. In my case it was a young lady from the rifle team...

Well now I'm bummed that I didn't answer. I would have loved to chat with Tamell about his recent hair change. I was a big fan of his afro.

Tre Nelson of men's soccer called me last Friday.

A member of the women's bowling team called me to thank me for my support. Very nice gesture.
