Monday Musings (a day late)
Its .65 cent wings at the Pub tonight. Will we be one of the now 68 teams in the tournament when the year ends?
Bowling Green has given us fits in the Convo last few years, I think its because Kevin Hart shows up to coach.
Did an Ypsilanti high-Ypsi lincoln game draw more then the pistons do?? I think so.
NFL needs an over time change ASAP for playoffs.

This is the time of year where football teams post how hard they are working and all are undefeated in strength and conditioning. Funny thing is they are all judged on the games in the fall.

That is all.

The NFL did well when they adopted the AFL's 2 point conversion (decades ago when the two leagues merged). The NFL decades ago only had a one point PAT.

I would suggest that the NFL consider the college OT system which I really like (even though we seem to always end up on the short end of that stick).

Someone correct me, but was the NBA 3-point shot adopted from the old ABA?

Some times new leagues innovate and when they cease, the establish league adopts some of their innovations.

Am I right that KC played two MAC OLs, Fisher and Wylie?

I was in Ypsi a few springs ago and went to the IPF and watched some spring ball practice.

They had one of those super tough drills, think it involved a tire, and the OL and DL players were like Summo wrestlers. Really going after it.

I thought Wylie is one tough dude. He was tough. Mean.

We deserve an assist by giving them a run in the 2nd half, but that game (UB) I think hurt us vs. BG.

It is hard to go 18 - 0 in any conference.

From a brief look at the stats;NIU didn't when a single (albeit basic) stat line -- other than free throw numbers/attempts. Plus UB was at home. -10 turnovers but +9 free throw makes.

Anyways. Weird and odd win by NIU.

It was at NIU. Still very surprising win, obviously.
