Official’s Calls
The next time we think any of our teams are screwed by bad calls by the officials just remember the no call today against the Rams that cost NO the game.

Dude it was scripted by the NFL front office that the Rams had to win.

RE: Official’s Calls
Amazing to me with all the freegin' delays with instant replay that the officiating has sucked eggs overall this season. My Browns lost at least three games due to bad ref calls at critical points in games this season. I don't know what the answer is but status quo taint one of them. Can they have an offseason mental conditioning and training program? Performance reviews at the end of the season to warrant their return the following season?

What gets me is that you would think that this would be their best crew or the best one at each position since it is the Championship game.

Pittsburgh at home.
Saints on the road.
Oakland on the road.
All three should've been wins if not for missed field goals/missed extra points/bad officiating.
That said, next year we win the AFC North! Book it baby! Book it times ten!

Biggest issues in all sports is that the game is too fast and complex. Baseball has done the best out of the major sports to take away bad officiating through centralized replay.

The refs are definitely trying to decide the NE KC game.

That is where replay seems unfair at times. Some close borderline calls are overturned but some obvious types of blown calls are not allowed by rule to be reviewed.

Yup. On one side they should expand the type of calls that fall under instant replay review but then you add more potential time delays to a game that already seems too long.

They should be fired Monday. No dog in the fight but that was horrible no call.

I think the refs should rule that New England has to play Andy Dalton at QB in the SB.

I'm so tired of the Putzriots. 9th Super Bowl Appearance and 3rd consecutive for Belichick/Brady combo.

If you think you're having a bad am tomorrow just remember you could be the guy who lined up in the neutral zone on that Kc interception on the last series. He was looking right up the line of scrimmage. Brutal.

The kind of break Brady always seems to get

If you think you're having a bad AM tomorrow, just know I spent my previous one over-night at work, after a level 3 snow emergency was declared in Delaware county in the middle of my shift. ******* sucked.

Before they instituted it, I was so in favor of replay. But it's failed. Refs still get calls wrong and replay takes so long, messes with the flow of games, and takes the fun out of things big plats. The only sport in which it works well is tennis, and that's because it's a discrete play, it's quick, and a computer does it all.

Tom Brady is just too good. The sustained success he's had is remarkable.

He's great, but I think people undervalue the other things he's had which is a great overall team. Defense is almost always top half in scoring defense. His coach is 2nd to none.
Yesterday he through the game ending interception, but caught a huge break as a KC player unnecessarily lined up in the neutral zone. Need some breaks to get there as well. Mahomes was better than Brady yesterday but Brady's team did a little more.
