Refs in every sport are getting worse and worse. But American football are just bad. And American basketball this year are the worse I’ve seen in my lifetime.

This isn’t a UC versus WSU thing, a UCONN versus Tulsa thing; this is ALL of us versus some festering turds wearing stripes and earning a W2 for the same AAC home office that all of our universities subsidize.

I miss the Big East refs...they let you play. You had to close arm somebody and kick them in the head when they were on the ground to get a foul called in the Big East.

LOL... And NBA refs will call fouls for fouling the ball.

Until NBA refs actually call travelling, walking, and carrying the ball correctly I don't care too much about what they think.

Yup. Old Big East MBB was a grown man's sport.

Try going to a high school game.

That's mostly because he has that deer in a headlights, glazed over look on his face and doesn't really know what is transpiring in front of him.

Just took another look at the video. These coaches got off lightly. If I were a ref, they would have been tased, cuffed and hauled off to county.

How much abuse are these refs supposed to take?

Since they were taking none during the time of ejection....I am going with....a lot more abuse than was given. They ejected the coaches as they were coming together to shake hands. Maybe the refs were hurt because they didn't get their hands shook.

Refs are paid and given near immunity from official criticism. I think some yelling from the coaches is to be expected. Otherwise, I would like a job where I can get paid, no one can tell me i'm wrong and i get no negative consequences when i mess up.
