I was talking about assistants. Look at some fcs assistants who want to get LAID

yeah but even assistants will take a lower paying gig to move up. Canada/Kane both were in the running bc they know assistants get poached and moved up if success is happening.

Don’t want Canada, Kane or anyone who was interviewing for HC job. That never works out.

Chandler would fit the QB coach position well if he wanted to get into coaching. Learned from 3 QB coaches here and then learned more in the pros. Would be able to sell recruits pretty well on NIUs ways.

Surprised there hasnt been any rumblings of who he is planning to hire as assistants. Anyone hear anything?

Lots of lower level coaches. Smart and financially realistic. Give me any recruiting coordinator even if they don't initially get that title here.
