This Saturday the ODU Monarchs will take on the Florida International University Golden Panthers. FIU is 3-12 this season in the team’s third season under former Delaware Blue Hens player Tiara Malcom. They have a RPI rankig of 316 and SOS ranking of 216.

To recap, the three wins FIU have this season are against teams with RPI's ranked 332, 333, and 348. I know that Tiara is in her third year, but at some point, you think that she needs to turn the program around. My guess is a job in South Beach will always be in demand.

This team uses their bench. 10 members average 10 minutes or more. So you will see a lot of rotations. When it comes to scoring, FIU is just above FAU for next to last in the conference. Defensive wise they have given the third most points in the league.

We saw an ODU team that was in attack mode on Thursday. Now we have a FIU team that is struggling this season. Get your popcorn out. Should be another exciting game for ODU fans.
ODU’s bench is staring to take off. Amari Young has 16 points vs WKU and 12 points vs FAU in her last two games. Having her with Aziah Hudson (averaging 8.1 ppg this season) gives us a great advantage as the season goes on.
Also the last two ODU home games we have heard the Baby Shark Dance Song. It has reached the Billboard's top 40. And it has started a global dance craze. It's a simple dance, you don't have to be as gifted as the Dynasty Dancers to pull off :-)
