But...why quit? You’ve just presided over a successful investigation that will bring down a president and likely will leave the top job open again....doesn’t make sense. No....if he’s quitting and it’s related to the investigation—then it means something is about to come out about Rosenstein that will taint the investigation if he stays.

I don't see him quitting his job to take one for the team.

Collusion to do what?

What is the nature of the information shared? The link doesn't tell us because the author doesn't know. The link is full of "might bas" and "maybes."

Manafort is a sleaze. Trump made a mistake by hiring him, but apparently realized it and fired him. Trump was new to the political game in did not come with the cadre of insiders that career politicians accumulate. He had to try to find people to fill roles, and made some mistakes.

Hmmmmmm. I wonder why Manafort would share polling numbers???? I just wonder........ why would Russia hack Hillary’e Emails..... hmmmmm. Why would DJT junior take a meeting in Trump tower with Russian spies???? Hmmmm.

Share cookie recipes?

Talk about their favorite summer movie?

Maybe plan a vacation?????

I just don’t know Owl. Why Manafort would share polling data with Russian spies when he was the campaign chair. Makes no sense unless the Russians were colluding with the Trump campaign to influence the election. Ohhhh man that might be it!
Lot of assumptions here 1) that manafort shared polling data (the redactions only show that the mueller team is accusing him of doing that and allegedly lying about it), 2) that the russians hacked the DNC which is far from proven fact, and 3) that DJT meet with russian spies at Trump tower. The russian lawyer easily could have been a honeypot for Fusion GPS to help create the fake collusion narrative as an insurance policy against trump. The lawyer had ties to fusion GPS and it smells like a setup.

Lmfao....... this is so funny......... you guys can’t even contemplate. Denial isn’t just a river in Africa

Pot meet kettle.

Exactly WTF would Trump's National Campaign Manager be doing communicating polling data with a FSB agent?

You do realize that National Campaign Managers usually run around running campaigns, and don't hang out and 'talk shop' with hostile foreign agents, right?

Most Presidental campaign managers are not hopelessly in debt to Russian Oligarchs.

Well somebody had to pay for that Russian Dossier. Oh, wait ... that was the other campaign. Sorry.

Well when he worked with those guys while working for the president of the Ukraine (as everybody knew at the time), it wouldn't be unusual to continue to talk to them.

+3. They probably don't realize you are talking about Hillary's campaign manager's brother who was Manafort's partner.

I hope it doesn't hut too soon. My buckle broke from being buckled up so many times for false alarms that I had to order a replacement and it hasn't come in yet.

Yes. Makes perfect sense. Investigation is gonna bring down Trump and Co so I’m going to quit and enjoy it.

Then Mach posts Vanity Fair as a reliable source for an article.

My guess the incoming AG wants to appoint his own #2 and Rosenstein ain't him. That and one day the FISA docs will be released sooner rather than later and if he resigns he can still get whatever pension etc. he is owed.
