UCF starting to get Boise Treatment in early polls
Most of the never too early polls for 2019 have UCF around #15. Honestly, I feel that it is unwarranted considering that we still have a question mark at QB, but I'll take it. It reminds me of all those times Boise was ranked for no other reason than it simply being a flash name. I guess UCF took those reins...... not that I am complaining 04-rock

Cincy is young and deserves to be ranked too. Probably wont be, but after their season and not losing much, deserve to be.

Cincinnati is my early pick to win the AAC title next year.

Almost 8 months until another college football game 03-hissyfit

Would have been interesting to see where UCF might have been ranked preseason if UCF had a healthy McKenzie Milton starting for UCF in 2019.

Strangely enough, all these way too early polls talk about MM being questionable to come back next year, one of them even stated that all signs are indicating that he will be back next year.
I have to scratch my head on that, there is absolutely no way whatsoever that he plays next year. Just not happening, even with the best rehab program around. He still has surgeries and has nerve damage.

Be lucky to have him the following year.

Is Milton done? I hate to see that happen to the young man

Hoping for 2020 return but who knows. Really bad injury.

RE: UCF starting to get Boise Treatment in early polls
It really shows the absurdity of the polling system.

In terms of team strength, I think we'll be: 2017 > 2018 > 2019.

In terms of preseason polling position, we'll be: 2019 > 2018 > 2017. Based purely on prior results.

Memphis returns Brady White, Patrick Taylor, Damonte Coxie, Tony Pollard, Pop Williams, etc...plus, we have a new DC and a talented recruiting class coming in. I'm excited.

IMO, Brady White returning as the starter is a negative.

dude threw for ~3,300 yards, 26 TDs, and a 63% completion rate...let him work with Norvell and improve...he could be REALLY good next season.

Till UCF finds a true QB1, I am skeptical of top ranking.

Hopefully we get a quality transfer.
