The coroner ruled Moore’s death an accident, and an initial review by sheriff’s deputies found nothing suspicious. But homicide detectives later launched an investigation after Moore’s mother, LaTisha Nixon, and his friends questioned whether the drugs that killed him were self-administered.

Paramedics found Moore naked on a mattress in Buck’s living room, which was littered with drug paraphernalia, according to the coroner’s report. Moore, who was openly gay, had been homeless and had worked as an escort, his family said.


...believes Buck has gotten special treatment because of his activism and fundraising for local Democratic candidates, a charge officials have denied. In the past, he has donated money to former state Sen. Kevin de León, U.S. Rep Ted Lieu, West Hollywood city council candidates and other politicians.

“It’s more than race and class,” Cannick said. “It is also political. This is a man protected by the Democratic Party.”

'My head felt like it was going to explode and I just felt so dizzy and limp.

'My body was numb, I could barely move. It was a matter of seconds. My speech started slurring, I was in and out,' he said.

'I saw him preparing the drugs at the table. He said 'you've got to watch.' I couldn't really stand up.

'I really thought I was the next person that was going be dead at Ed Buck's house.'

Gagnon said that Buck didn't say anything while he was lying on the floor unable to move and just moved around, watching him.

'He was touching things, periodically picking things up and moving them around. He was quiet as a church mouse but you can feel when someone has an agenda.

'He took my phone. I was so scared. I felt the sensation of death. I felt death walked into my soul.'

My guess there are others that he disposed of, but now he knows he can get away with it and probably gets off on them being dead. Wonder if they did a rape kit on the guy to see if the guy did him while he was dead?

Something tells me we should go digging in ted lieu's past, because this is a fk'in' bizarre response.

“My life is at an alltime [sic] high right now & I mean that from all ways. I ended up back at Buck [sic] house again and got munipulated [sic] into slamming again. I even went to the point where I was forced to doing 4 within a 2day [sic] period. This man is crazy and its [sic] sad. Will I ever get help?”

His last entry, dated December 3, 2016, reads: “If it didn’t hurt so bad, I’d kill myself but I’ll let Ed Buck do it for now.”

And just like in 2017, Buck has not been detained, arrested or has criminal charges filed against him opening up the possibility that there could be a third dead body in the near future.

On July 4, 23 days before Moore died, an escort reported Buck to authorities for drugging Black men, but nothing was done. After Moore died, Buck’s apartment was searched. Law enforcement allegedly “found the following items in Buck’s two-bedroom apartment: 24 syringes with brown residue, five glass pipes with white residue and burn marks, a plastic straw with possible white residue, clear plastic bags with white powdery residue and a clear plastic bag with a ‘piece of crystal-like substance.'”

According to The Advocate, Buck has a “fetish for shooting drugs into black men he picks up off the street or on hookup site.” The L.A. County Coroner’s office said Moore’s death was due to an overdose of methamphetamine.

Clearly, Buck’s money and privilege have allowed him to avoid jail time, which is completely about race.



Dem Donor "The devil" according to one of his victims

The second gay black man to be found dead inside a Democrat donor's house in 18 months described him as the 'f***ing devil' before his death, it has emerged.

Timothy Dean, who died of an apparent overdose at the West Hollywood home of Ed Buck in January, had been warning friends for months that he was bad news.

DeMarco Majors, who had known Dean for 20 years, claimed to have seen strings of text messages from Buck to Dean trying to get him to go over to his house, which Dean had been ignoring.

'Don’t you go over there,' Majors recalls 55-year-old Dean telling him in November last year. 'I'm not going over there either. S***, I’m not trying to end up dead.'

Evil people.

Maybe next time Ed Buck decides to kill another gay black man he should just pull a Jussie Smollett.....

Put a rope around the guy's neck and "claim" a couple of white guys wearing MAGA hats broke in and killed him.
